Step 2. Install certificates

Note: You must use Internet Explorer for this step.

1. Click here to get the Certificate Authority certificate and then click Save.
   
2. Save the file ca.cer to your computer (the desktop is fine) and double-click the file you saved. You should see this:
   
   Click the Install Certificate... button.
3. Follow the wizard like so:
   
   
   
4. You will be asked to confirm that you want to import our certificate. Say Yes.
5. You should see this:
